It’s been about four and a half months since Lively made it’s debut,
but after careful deliberation, we’ve decided to shut down Lively
.

You can read more details about the decision in the official blog post

wanted to personally thank all of you for your contributions to the
product. I’ve been excited to see the great things you’ve developed
for the catalog & appreciate your sharing tips & tricks with one
another.

Since Lively will no longer be available after December 31st, I’d
encourage each of you to put the finishing touches on any works-in-
progress and to take photos or video captures of your rooms/items.

It’s been a real thrill to work on Lively and to see how all of you
have helped to expand the catalog. You’re welcome to chat here about
what you’ve enjoyed, what you’ll miss, and how this product played
into the virtual landscape of 2008. Good luck with your future
creations!
